    Terms (PRH Web)

    1. The Service

    PRH Web builds fast, mobile-first websites for service contractors, primarily roofers, HVAC, and plumbing businesses. We offer:

    • Single-page lead-generation sites built on one of our proven demo templates, customized for your business
    • Multi-page full sites for businesses needing additional service pages, gallery, blog, or detailed about/team content
    • Optional ongoing care (hosting, monitoring, content edits, monthly reporting) — see Section 9
    • Optional add-ons: self-editing dashboard, custom integrations, additional pages, design changes — quoted per project

    Each site includes a contact form, click-to-call functionality, basic on-page SEO, and mobile/desktop responsive design. We connect tracking and analytics if you provide the IDs.

    2. Pricing & Payments

    Build pricing

    • Single-page lead-generation site: $700
    • Multi-page full site: $1,500 base, with final pricing quoted based on number of pages, complexity, and scope

    Build payment structure

    • $350 deposit to begin work (books your project and covers intake, initial design, and content build)
    • $350 remainder due on delivery for single-page sites; balance due on delivery for multi-page sites
    • Payment is split 50/50 — half upfront, half on delivery

    Ongoing options (optional, after launch)

    • Care: $199/month (see Section 9 for scope)
    • Hosting only: $49/month

    Add-ons are quoted per project. We accept payment via Stripe (credit card, ACH).

    3. What's Included

    Single-page site ($700) includes:

    • One-page site based on one of our demo styles, customized to your business
    • Hero section with call-to-action
    • Service descriptions
    • Contact form + click-to-call button
    • Basic on-page SEO (page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, clean URL)
    • Mobile and desktop responsive layout
    • Preview link for review before launch
    • 30 days of post-launch hosting on our infrastructure (see Section 7)

    Multi-page site ($1,500+) includes everything above plus:

    • Additional pages (about, services breakdown, gallery, contact, etc.)
    • Per-page SEO optimization
    • Site navigation across pages
    • Site map and robots.txt configuration

    Optional add-ons (quoted separately):

    • Self-editing dashboard ($300+)
    • Custom integrations (CRM, calendar, etc.)
    • Custom design rebrand or visual system changes
    • Blog setup and content writing
    • Additional pages beyond the package scope

    4. Typical Timeline

    Most single-page sites are delivered for preview within 48–72 hours after we receive (a) your deposit and (b) your completed intake content.

    Multi-page sites typically deliver for preview within 5–7 business days, depending on scope and content quantity.

    Complex requests, delays in client responses, custom design work, or third-party integration setup can extend the timeline. We'll communicate any timeline changes proactively.

    5. Revisions

    Two rounds of revisions are included after the first preview is sent. Each round can include:

    • Text and copy edits
    • Image swaps from your provided assets or our stock library
    • Minor layout adjustments within the existing template
    • Color or styling tweaks within the template's design system
    • Adding or removing existing template sections

    The following are not part of standard revisions and are quoted as add-ons:

    • New pages
    • Major redesigns or template switches
    • Large content rewrites we author for you
    • Custom illustrations or photography
    • New integrations or technical features

    Additional revision rounds beyond the two included can be added at $100 per round.

    6. Client Responsibilities

    To keep delivery fast, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate business information, including business name, services offered, service area, contact details, and licensing/certification information
    • Provide your logo and photos, or grant permission to use stock imagery from our library
    • Provide any required text content during intake, or approve our drafted copy in revisions
    • Respond to preview links with feedback or approval within 5 business days
    • Provide domain/DNS access if you want us to connect a custom domain, or handle DNS configuration yourself
    • Provide tracking IDs (Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion ID, Microsoft Clarity ID, Bing UET tag, Meta Pixel, etc.) if you want them connected

    If client response takes longer than 5 business days, the project timeline extends accordingly. Projects paused for more than 30 days due to client unresponsiveness may require a $100 reactivation fee to resume.

    7. Hosting & Domain

    Each build includes 30 days of post-launch hosting on our infrastructure. We'll reach out before the 30 days are up to discuss whether Care, Hosting Only, or self-hosting is the right fit for you.

    Hosting options:

    • Care ($199/month) — full website management including hosting, SSL, monitoring, content edits, monthly reporting, and quarterly conversion check-ins (see Section 9)
    • Hosting only ($49/month) — hosting, SSL, uptime monitoring, no edits or reporting

    You may also self-host the site after launch by exporting it to your own infrastructure. We provide one export package free with your build; additional exports are $100 each.

    Third-party services (domain registrars, hosting providers, email providers, CDNs) may have outages or policy changes outside our control.

    Domain registration is the client's responsibility unless explicitly added as an add-on.

    8. Cancellations & Refunds

    Build deposits:

    • The $350 deposit is non-refundable once work has started (intake review, initial design, or content build).
    • If you cancel before work begins, we will refund the deposit in full within 7 business days.
    • The remainder is due on delivery when your preview is ready. If you choose not to launch after preview delivery, the build work is still considered delivered and the remainder is due.

    Care subscription:

    • Care can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
    • No partial refunds on the current month's billing.
    • After cancellation, your site can transition to Hosting Only ($49/month) or be exported to your own infrastructure.

    Hosting:

    • Hosting can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
    • After cancellation, your site will go offline unless transitioned to your own infrastructure or another provider.

    9. Care Service ($199/month, optional)

    Care is our ongoing website management service. It includes:

    • Hosting on our infrastructure
    • SSL certificate maintenance
    • Uptime monitoring with alerts
    • Security and dependency updates
    • Content edits within defined categories: text changes, photo swaps, contact info updates, business hours, service area additions, seasonal banners
    • Monthly analytics summary (Microsoft Clarity highlights, traffic patterns, conversion metrics)
    • Quarterly conversion check-in (review of form submissions, identification of optimization opportunities)
    • Annual hero section refresh
    • Priority email support (response within one business day)

    Care does NOT include:

    • New pages or major sections (quoted as add-ons)
    • Design system changes or rebranding (quoted as add-ons)
    • Custom integrations or technical features (quoted as add-ons)
    • Ad campaign management
    • SEO content writing
    • Strategy consulting beyond the quarterly conversion check-in

    Care is billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time (see Section 8). Care is intended as an ongoing partnership, not a fixed-term contract.

    10. Intellectual Property

    Once the build is paid in full:

    • You own the content of your site (text, your provided photos, your branding).
    • You own the visual presentation of your specific site (your hero, your layout configuration, your color choices).
    • PRH Web retains rights to the underlying templates, design system, and reusable components used to build the site.
    • You may export and self-host your site at any time. We provide one export package free with your build; additional exports are $100 each.

    You grant PRH Web permission to use a screenshot or link to your live site as a portfolio reference unless you opt out in writing.

    11. Disclaimers and Limitations

    Sites are delivered "as-is" upon launch approval. While we take care to deliver high-quality work, PRH Web makes no warranties about:

    • Specific search engine rankings or traffic volumes
    • Conversion rates or lead generation outcomes
    • Ad campaign results (we don't manage ad spend)
    • Third-party service availability (Stripe, Resend, hosting infrastructure, etc.)

    PRH Web's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific build or service period in question. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost revenue, or business interruption.
