    When you fill out a contact or quote request form on our site, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

    • Your business name and website (if provided)
    • Your service area and project details

    Information from Public Business Sources

    We may also obtain professional contact information (business name, business email, business phone, business address) from publicly available sources, including business directories, public websites, Google Business Profiles, and company websites, for the purpose of contacting potential clients about our services. We collect only business contact information from these sources, not personal data.

    2. How We Use Your Information

    We use the information you provide to:

    • Respond to your inquiry with pricing and next steps
    • Communicate with you about your project
    • Send transactional emails related to your order (receipts, project updates)
    • Send outreach emails about our services to publicly listed business contacts. Recipients can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message.

    We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

    3. Analytics & Tracking

    We use Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Tag Manager (which loads the Bing Universal Event Tracking tag) to understand how visitors interact with our site. These tools may collect:

    • Pages visited and time spent on site
    • Browser type, device, and general location
    • Referral source (how you found us)
    • Form interactions (start, completion, abandonment)
    • Scroll depth and engagement patterns
    • Mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and other interaction patterns (Microsoft Clarity records anonymized session replays for the purpose of identifying usability issues)

    If you arrive via a Google Ads or Bing Ads link, we may capture a click identifier (such as GCLID or MSCLKID) to measure ad performance. This data is used solely for conversion tracking and is not used to personally identify you.

    4. Cookies

    We use cookies and similar technologies in three categories:

    • Essential — required for the site to function (form submission, payment session verification, route changes). Always on.
    • Analytics — Google Analytics 4 for site traffic and behavior measurement, and Microsoft Clarity for anonymous session recordings and heatmaps.
    • Marketing — Google Tag Manager (which loads Google Ads conversion tracking, Bing UET tag, and similar pixels) for ad campaign measurement and conversion attribution.

    Analytics and Marketing cookies only load if you opt in. You can change your choice anytime from or the link in the footer.

    5. Data Retention

    We retain contact information you submit through forms for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, unless you request earlier deletion. This allows us to follow up on quote requests and maintain records for active client relationships.

    We retain transactional records (invoices, project files, signed agreements) for the period required by tax and business regulations, typically 7 years.

    Business contact information obtained from public sources is retained for as long as we maintain active outreach campaigns. If you opt out via an unsubscribe link or contact us directly, your information is removed from our outreach lists within 30 days.

    6. Third-Party Services

    We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

    • Stripe — payment processing
    • Resend — transactional email delivery
    • Google Analytics 4 — site traffic and behavior analytics
    • Microsoft Clarity — session recording and heatmaps
    • Google Tag Manager — tag and pixel management (loads our analytics and advertising tags)
    • Google Ads and Bing Ads — advertising and conversion tracking
    • Render and Neon — website hosting and database infrastructure
    • Instantly — outreach email delivery (recipients of our outbound emails only)

    These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data. We do not sell or share your data with these services for their marketing purposes; they process data only on our behalf and according to their respective terms.

    7. Your Rights

    You have the right to:

    • Request access to the personal data we hold about you
    • Request correction or deletion of your data
    • Opt out of marketing communications at any time
    • Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
    • For EU/UK residents: lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
    • For California residents: opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not engage in either, but the right exists under CCPA/CPRA)
